Our repertoire ranges from working with corporate clients such as DTE Energy, Westin Hotels, and other luxury, premium, boutique hotels. Our mission is to be the Ultimate source for custom gourmet chocolates when Image is important, Quality a requirement, and making Lasting impressions a must.

About the Founder
My name is Gail Brown, and for decades I have honed the skills of creating custom-molded gourmet chocolate replicas and delectable confections using only the finest ingredients. From working in a high-end gourmet chocolate boutique in the 1990s, I amassed the necessary skills to create and operate my own luxury chocolate catering company: Platters Chocolatier.
As an African American woman-owned business, I hope to empower a new generation of diverse business owners and, single mothers through the Platters Chocolatier brand and legacy.
